As in all natural Slavic languages, nouns in Slovioski have three grammatical genders - masculine, feminine, neuter, and two numbers - singular, plural.

Nouns which end in their singular form with a:

  • consonant are always MASCULINE
  • the letter –a are always FEMININE
  • the letters –e or –o are always NEUTER

Presently, there is no Adjectival solution for a PLURAL POSSESSOR, so the genitive plural may be used: -ov
